Where can I get a bike?
Very simple – directly from us!
Our hotel has its own bicycle rental service, which you can use free of charge as our guest. The bicycles are safely stored in a lockable bicycle box. For those who like it even more comfortable, there are two modern e-bikes (one women’s and one men’s model) available for a small fee. Just ask at reception – we will be happy to advise you!
Where can I park?
There are plenty of free parking spaces around our hotel. For guests who want to park their vehicle in a particularly protected area, we offer carports and garages for rent. Please register your needs at reception in good time. And for all field service travelers with larger vehicles: Whether truck, semi-trailer or trailer – you will find enough parking space directly in front of the hotel.
Is there a night entrance?
Yes – around the clock!
You are also well looked after if you arrive late. For guests arriving outside of our reception hours, we offer a night entrance with an individual key code. Please let us know your arrival time in advance – we will send you the authorized access code so that you can check in comfortably at any time.
Can I smoke in your hotel?
We want to offer all guests a pleasant stay. Therefore, smoking is prohibited throughout the house – especially in the rooms. For our smoking guests, we have set up designated outdoor areas where smoking is permitted.
How does the cancellation work?
Cancellations are subject to our general terms and conditions (GTC), or please ask us directly.

Are there e-charging stations at the hotel?
Yes, of course!
There are four e-charging stations available directly in front of the hotel. So you can charge your electric vehicle conveniently and easily during your stay – environmentally friendly and without any detours
Are pets allowed?
Out of consideration for all guests, we cannot accommodate pets in the hotel itself.
However, directly opposite the hotel are our four cosy apartments, where four-legged friends are also welcome. This means you don’t have to leave your pet behind and can still enjoy the highest level of comfort. Breakfast and check-in take place as usual directly at the Hotel Fohnsdorf.
Is the hotel barrier-free?
Our hotel offers numerous low-barrier areas:
The main entrance, the back entrance and the entire ground floor with breakfast room, café, bar and reception are accessible at ground level. There is also an elevator that makes all floors easily accessible. Some of our rooms have barrier-free showers and spacious bathrooms, but we would like to point out that there are no special grab rails installed in the toilet or shower facilities.
